We make our best efforts to ship each items in your order within business working days of the order approval date. In the improbable occasion that we are not able to ship your order completely within the required time, we shall inform you about the same.

Delivery charges vary to vary based on the product’s weight and size; but, we try our best to keep them low as possible. We can also offer no delivery charges on selected items and number of products.

Return

Returning an ordered products is easy. If you are not happy with your buying, you can return it by using one of the options given below. Note that items are to be returned within 7 working days of the shipping approval date to us. It is important that items are there in original condition.

We are unable to provide returns under following situations:

  • Products that are damaged due to carelessness towards Wash Care instructions.
  • Products that are buying from outside Pakistan.

Your return request will be declined due to the following causes:

  • Original tags are detached from the product
  • Product is discolored, scratched or torn
  • Product is used or washed
  • Free products or accessories along with the original products are missing

There is no option to return multiple products with a single order on our website. Each product has to be returned separately as per the steps.

Exchange

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on Romeroot.com at present time. If you are not gratified with your order, you can return it highlighting the returned  reason and place a new order.
